Templar Armor

.....Or Templarmor if you will.

Judging from the annoyingly small amount of information we have about anything, I'm guessing that Templar will have access to the most durable armor available. He will likely share armor types with the Maury man, but I can definitely see him getting better defensive buffs and healing. Plus if there are class unique armor types, then the Templar's will most likely be a solid hunk of steel.

Thoughts?
I see this being realistic. Templar really looks like a defensive buffer class, in comparison to the Marauder, who just looks like he enjoys dismembering things.
I want my templar to look really beefy with full plate armor and shield. =) just a though of mine.
Ye,temlpar should have the biggest def in game and lowest atk than other classeess
yeah, a templar to me has always been medium to heavy plate, a big ass shield, and cleanses/anti-magic abilities stong enough to screw over any mage :)
I hope templar will wear Plate armor and have some skill( buffs and Heals ) and some nice defensive and ofensive skils.

I envision the Templar as a defensive powerhouse wielding potent magic to complement his melee combat skills. Medium to heavy armor would suit him best, such as chainmail or full plate, with an assortment of nasty medieval weaponry available; longsword, halberd, shortsword/kite shield, mace, flail, etc.
I'm hoping that it's mainly medium armor but they can use the majority of weapons in the game. Templar to me is an idea of balancing offense and defense but only so much as to be able to lay out as much offense as needed. Think of it as leaning toward offense but they can still stand toe to toe with you if it comes to that.

I'd go so far as to say only limited heavy armor parts but mainly focus on medium armor. A key point though is that what it lacks in heavy armor it makes up with weapons. They should also be able to use the majority of weapons in the game.

Something like a jack of all trades but a master of none. It's through the combination of both strength and magic that they are deadly.
Plate + Zombie Pet + Claymore. Mmm.
