For the last two points you can chose between Inspirationnal Or First to Strike Last to fall. Depends on your playstyle

Frenzy-GMP-Curse On hit-Conductivity/Ele Weakness

Movement Setup:
Blink Arrow-Faster Attacks

Mana Reservation:
Wrath/Anger-Arctic Armor/Herald-Clarity low level

I play with this Bow until I get the Chin Sol

With Ice shot-LMP-WED-Faster attacks and some Heralds

Having the good colours on a chin sol is pretty hard.
I've been lucky last league and i used a 6L carcass jack, much easier to color it.
