Labyrinth and Visibility
POE's engine and feature set might not be ready for puzzles if they are too large or too complex... because of visibility.
You cannot glance to the right or glance to the left, lean your screen one way of the other for some extra visibility... which sometimes means you are just left taking a blind leap of faith: "I hope this works", or "I hope there will be a platform on the other side". If you want a puzzle (and I'm not fully sure I do), often you'd be able to see a bigger picture and formulate a plan. I'm not saying I want puzzles. At least not large or complex ones. I'm not asking to be able to lean the screen this way or that. I'm just pointing out that you can't. I just mostly run through these blindly hoping for luck, assuming every switch is required and a good thing... In some ways this is fun, but in other ways, it means that "real puzzles" with confusion or swithes that will hurt your progress just won't work. Last bumped on Mar 17, 2016, 9:37:52 AM
