Flicker Strike stops responding

When I use Flicker Strike skill on patch 2.1 or 2.2,the path of exile program stops responding very frequently(patch 2.0 seems not happen).I tried to reduce the quality and other else way,but it's useless. This problem not just happened to me,many people has this problem,if you use Flicker Strike skill。 I think this is the skill bug,please fix this bug quickly,thanks very much!
