DEVS: Bloodrage / Full Life not working as intended?
So my Mara has around 6% Life Regen/sec (+/- endurance charges), so he still should be on full life all the time while running blood rage.
Matter of fact is though that he does not regen to full life but stops short of full mostly by 1 - 20 Hp, which can neither be regenerated by Life flasks nor leech nor anything else. Is this intended? Could this bug please be fixed, so I can use MDofL as a support gem with blood rage? IIRC this is purely a display bug. Your actual life is full.

" My Tooltip DPS does go down though and does not calculate Melee Damage on full Life into account when missing those minuscule amounts of HP. Until BR goes off and I regen up again. So there is that. http://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1158669

I wouldn't be surprised if that was also displaying incorrectly. I'll see whether I can find the dev response I'm recalling on this one.

Thats because of game mechanic. You can regen only, if you have lost life, for this reason, you lose life, but in same time you will regen life after you have lost life. For this reason, you cant trigger Energy Shield regen while having a dereg effect. Also you are never at full life also.

Fumina is correct. Regen and Damage over Time do not add up, they are separate factors. When you're full up, there's nothing to Regen but you can take Damage.

The only reason it coudl be reverse is if it checks the regen first and the degen after, and even considering that you should see the HP drop and rise slightly every second if you go up from 1% hp. " It still makes no sense. If I am short of 1-20 HP and my regen is higher then my degen i still should regen up to full as long as I have REGEN > DEGEN. Which is the case, but its not working. Its not that I go up and down in HP, I stop short of ~0,3% of my total life. As soon as I take damage and regen back, this number mostly changes in the range of 1-100 missing HP out of Max HP AS LONG AS BR IS RUNNING and I don't know why. I can not life flask it up, I can not leech it, I can not regen it. In fact, I can not even take a flask, which suggests it is a tooltip or UI bug. Then again, my DPS doenst account MDofL in this state and it FEELS like I do less damage, allthough I can't say for sure. So I want clarification. Am I on full life and DPS is only bugged?
