Alternate Ascendancy

People who don't like the Laby are left out. Lot of complaining going on.

I'll toss a suggestion out there: Have killing Cruel Malachai grant Normal's two ascendancy points and have killing Merciless Maliachai grant Cruel's two points.

The final two points would have to come from the Labyrinth in Merciless.
