Twitch streaming with XSplit questions

Hey guys,
Bought a 3month license for XSplit and trying to figure out how to stream properly
I've placed 1080p in XSplit options 60 fps and tried playing PoE
My stream is getting constant "buffering" freezes ,

I got myself a new brand new comp, it's really good, my internet is fine, ingame im having 55-60 fps but yeah stream buffering every 3-4 seconds
Are there any setups\tweaks for twicth+XSplit+PoE?
