Belts are "jewelry"?

Just traded 2 Lover cards and got rare cloth belt. All the time I played I thought "jewelry"="rings and amulets", and now this. Wording in wiki is somewhat vague, there isn't even term "jewelry" in there.
So are belts really belong to "jewelry" class or this is a bug with that card? And worst change is putting almost all bosses in new version of maps into fucking small areas, where you can't kite well or dodge stuff. What a terrible idiot invented that I want say to him: dude flick you, seriously flick you very much.
