[2.1, HC, Tali] Asta's Glacial Hammer (RT, Life+Armor Based) [Test of MSplash GHammer]]

Hey Tali Fans!

Its my current build for the Talisman league. Its not finished, since i just wanted to share it for the people that want to play a Glacial Hammer, RT, Armor based build.

I've tried the new Msplash+GH; while the AoE is solid good, the skill itself is flawed and needs to be carefully used at end game mapping (see 1.2). All in all, i would say the skill is not viable for pure end game mapping

Why should i play this build ?
- Freeze 'n shatter, its satisfying!
- High Armor and good lifepool [at 77: 21k Armor, 5.1k HP][at 85: 24k Armor,5.5k HP]
- DPS feels good, its around [18k lv77][28k lv85] with current gear and links.
- Good leech feeling like in "old" times.

Why shouldn't i play this build?
- Melee, 'nuff said
- 50% elemental conversion of your physical damage. (Yes, its a disadvantage)
- see section 1.2

1.2 Basic Summary about Glacial Hammer
Spoiler

- Leech doesnt work perfectly; you going to get those juicy new leeech nodes.
- Direct distance (Facetank) to mobs is a huge problem. All the bonus on GH doesnt give the necessary edge.
- Freeze shit that doesn't needs to be frozen and doesnt freeze things that needs to be frozen ;)
- Wouldn't recomment for high end Mapping

added my lv85 stuff.

Currently using Multistrike as a 5th Link, 'cuz Fortify doesn't give me the necessary edge i would need to kill some bosses smoother.

Edit: From now (lvl85), i got only HP and 1 passive for unwavering left. Gonna take the last jewel slot if i can remove 1 dex and 1 int node.

Hey,

if you farm up to lv70 areas, i think its fine.

Glacial Hammer is still a bit weak, even with the new Melee Splash AoE, because of the direct distance to mobs. You going to have trouble at higher maps with this skill.

However, for areas < 70 you could do a MFer with Shattered Chain's and Cameria's. You going to need a good stat stick in offhand (Soultaker i.e.). If you can't effort it, go with a simply 2.0 or faster attack weapon like Brightbeak to take maxium advantage out of Dual Wielding bonus.
