[2.1] Weissen's Marauder Fire Builds [Ice Crash (WIP) | Cyclone (Updated Dec 18) | Magma Orb (WIP)]
Welcome Exile,
With Talisman being deployed in a matter of hours I decided to share my little collection of theorycrafted (and tested!) fire builds. All of these builds are HC-viable. I'll try to add some more depth and analysis overtime as right now it's only a basic description of each build. I'll also try to record guide videos. If you have any questions, remarks and wishes, please post them in this thread! Note: until the official release copy the skill tree link and open it here or in the 2.1 offline planner.
Doryani's Eclipse Ice Crash
This build is a continuation of the [2.0] Ice Crash Diarrhea, which in turn was a spec based on Meatball/Blitz Diarrhea, which was orginally created in 1.1 and posted as Dzwonsson which is my alternate account. 2.1 introduces a lot of new features that impact this build dramatically. I decided that a mana leech based spec isn't as reliable as I wanted to be, especially when your leech solely relies on Warlord's Mark. Because I was already running out of points I decided to run a Blasphemy based dual curse setup rather than invest in mana leech. With that being said Blood Dance was replaced by Windscream and the tree was reworked. This build is Atziri viable and should be playable in a hardcore environment. With perfect rolls on every piece of gear this build should reach 80,000 effective DPS (with f-charges, Fire Penetration, Hatred and curses).

Prioritize life and then try to focus on all sorts of damage (e.g. melee, physical, with one handed weapons, maces, fire damage etc.)
Devoto's Sacrifice Cyclone
I've been trying to build an Oro's Sacrifice spec for quite some now and after checking out various offensive and defensive setups I came to conclusion that a high physical mitigation Cyclone spec works better than anything else. We're talking about 25,000+ armor (+ e-charges and Fortify) and 70,000 effective DPS (f-charges, Fire Penetration and curses). Double and buffed T8 Desert boss from Zana? No problem. Double T13 Courtyard boss with wicked mods? Anytime. This build is definitely hardcore viable and can easily run nearly every single mod (you guessed it, reflect can be harsh). Also, with 6-links being much more common and with Oro's and Devoto's being rather cheap, you can get anything you need within a couple of days in a new league environment.

Your priority should be getting as much life as possible. That can be reached by combining flat life (prefix) and high strength (suffix). In the damage department I'd recommend weapon elemental damage (prefix) and flat fire damage (also a prefix). Resistances are less important since we're getting +42% to all resistances off the tree. Keep an eye on intelligence as well as you'll need +27 INT on gear to cap Increased Area of Effect. JEWELS Prioritize increased maximum life. Then try to stack attack speed (with two-handed melee weapons or sword or both) and damage (melee, area, fire). FLASKS A Seething or Panicked Divine Life Flask of Staunching is an absolute must (instant recovery + bleeding removal). I'd add another Seething/Panicked Divine Life Flask of Heat as well (also instant recovery, but then with a freeze removal). Then a Granite Flask with increased armor and a Ruby Flask with burn removal. And last, but not least, Perpetual Quicksilver Flask of Adrenaline (increased charges and additional movement speed), which is a huge damage boost to your Cyclone. You can basically hit before every single pack (6.00 seconds should be enough to clear).

Note: with Blasphemy being nerfed I had to adjust the Cyclone spec. I also will update the Ice Crash build, but need to figure what I wanna do with it instead of dual curse.

That's the build I'm playing in Talisman as well. Got nearly all necessary gear, should update the guide this weekend and maybe even add some video.
