Poison Arrow Bug
Poison arrow's cloud DOT can be scaled with drill neck,and chance to pierce. The pierce chance of the initial arrow is scaling the cloud DOT, even though the after effect should not/is not considered a projectile. This damage scaling isn't inline with the mechanics throughout the game compared to any other gem. Imagine allowing pierce chance to increase the DOT of desecrate, because I use Cast on crit and a projectile attack, its just not right. It goes against every scaling concept that GGG has created. This damage scaling was surely not intentional, and should be immediately reworked, so that pierce chance doesn't scale the poison arrows cloud DOT.

The arrow is not scaling the cloud. The cloud is scaling because it is considered projectile damage and drillneck increases projectile damage. Look at a poison arrow tree. Why do you think it's full of projectile damage nodes?
