"Free" 500 point codes: Legit or phishing?

So I've found a blogspot page that's supposedly connected to PoE.
Claims to offer a number of codes for 500 free points, in exchange for linking them in your social media, and completing a "Survey" to confirm you're "Not a robot."
The "Surveys" are all "You could win a $100 giftcard! Give us your email address and home address!" data aggregation sites.
It claims that they'll be notified if you provide false information and that you'll be banned, which is almost certainly impossible and screams scam.
Comments on the post are all positive, but that's super easy to spoof.
Comments go back to 2013, which...lends it some credibility.

Not going to link it directly here, for obvious reasons. But I'm hoping someone here can confirm either that the devs of PoE do run give-aways like this on occasion, or you've never heard of it and this is almost certainly a scam.

If it is a scam, like I'm pretty sure it is, how can I bring it to the devs' attention so they can do something about it?
Email Support@grindinggear.com with all the information.
