You know it doesn't work like that right? You have instances, you've started your own instant of Normal Coast, for someone to go loot your stuff you need to add them to your group, put up a portal (that'd be the fastest) and have them come into that particular instance of Normal Coast for it to work like that. If you check in game they have made some sort of public giveaway game, and 5 people at a time can join, head over to the coast and grab some free loot.
