The new shields and how to increase variety.

When I logged in today to see the new updates I was especially keen on seeing the changes made to shields, the kite shields to be exact. I was positively surprised by the new model of the Etched shield and quickly went through the rest of them.
The swap of the Layered and Reinforced kite shield's models did not bother me, but then I came upon the new Ceremonial shield and couldn't help but think about how similar it looked with the Etched kite shield. I'm all for realism and I am glad of the more Diablo 2 ish concept GGG went for, but I know they can do better.
So I did a bit of brainstorming and came upon this idea: Since the Ceremonial shield is the most "iconic" shield for the Templar faith and already mimics shields that had imprints of icons on them used in battle by Byzantine troops in The Middle Ages, should it not also mimic the shape of an infantry shield of the Byzantium, namely the teardrop kite shield.

In the middle is the current Ceremonial Shield and at the far right is my suggestion.

I truly hope you notice this thread GGG.
