where to find iron rings?

I know it sounds like a silly question, as I'm level 75, but I'm doing the chaos recipe and using the iron ring recipe to get the unid amulet(since those hardly ever drop).. Does anyone remember where to find the iron rings? I remember seeing lots of them drop earlier in my leveling process, but I can't remember what areas to look for them in.......... Thanks!

Vendors sell them quite often. For a couple of the challenges I just checked my vendors every so often in normal, cruel, merc and got what I needed.

Like you said you tend to find them during leveling. Whenever you level a new character it's a good idea to pick up iron rings and rock breaker/gavels for the chisel recipe. You can also buy them from vendors every time you level up

thanks guys, since I'm leveling up so slow, I guess I'll just have to find them as opposed to rely on a vendor........I'll run ledge/mudflats on normal and see if I can find a bunch of them.
