Saranghaeyo - Level 97 TS/BA Trap Ranger (1.3 Memories before Awakening)

Hello everyone,
I just hit Level 97 and wanted to showcase the gear I used to get to this point. I started playing in the middle of Torment League and fell in love with the game. I was always drawn to the Ranger class, and found Tornado Shot easy to get into and develop. I began this character with a 30 Chaos Orb loan from a friend in Torment League around the middle of February this year. I started with r4wb1rd's Budget Infractem Guide, transitioned to Neversink's TS Guide, and spent most of my 90's specced as alkasas' Map-crushing Iron Reflex Build during 78 Dom Rots. While 100 would have been an awesome goal, there just wasn't enough time to get there nor enough currency to obtain all the gear that I want. I leave for the new league broke as a hobo in Standard, but happy with how my character turned out and ready for Patch 2.0. Here's to friends along the way, a whole lot of 78 maps (RIP so many Alteration Orbs for Pack Size), and 1.3 as a whole.  Gear at the Torment/Standard Merger

My Bow below has very low Crit but high pDPS so I did have to give up some Passive Points for extra Crit Nodes. Power Charge on Critical Gem with Alira and +1 Charge Node helps with this issue though. I prefer Movement Speed in the tree over just plain raw damage nodes, even if this level of DPS does not rival the BIS Gear, the clears are still incredibly fast. Kaom's, as seen from alkasas's thread, proves to be the best friend of a high DPS Tornado Shot in mapping, balancing the damage with a 5.5K Life Pool.
The Bow I have may not have the optimal rolls, but I find the ability to change socket colors to be highly underrated, and in the end it is what makes us happy in the game. So while I had the currency to Mirror a Glpyh Mark or buy a copy, I did weigh it against the option of having something that is my own. I also missed out on my opportunity to buy my dream original a week prior to this, which is unfortunate. Gems were mostly self leveled with some exceptions such as 19/20 Corrupts where I had to replace them. The only "optimal" corrupt that I did not do myself was the 20/23 WED Gem. Anything less (20/22, 21 ICD Gem, for example) was sold and its 20/20 used as a placeholder. Current Gear
