Live streaming 1-100

As the title says, this is an attempt or journey to get from 1-100 as fast as possible, hopefully before 2.0 hits live. This will be my fourth character made, and my first to 100. The second highest I have is a 93 witch with 17days 15 hours played, some of which I afked through.
The ranger is now level 94.88 - at around 3 days played. I accidentally fell asleep on stream and left the character logged in for around 7-8 hours, plus the time it took me to craft gear/etc. So actual play time does not reflect the /played. That being said, I've streamed this from level 1 a few days ago and I would be honored if you guys watched my stream/progress or came by to say hi! I am playing a tornado shot/split arrow ranger. Neversink pretty much has one of the most optimized and efficient build out there. I basically cannot improve it any further besides a few nodes to make it suit me, therefore I don't have my own build to gloat about and brag.

Just a random boy from another game. I'm not anyone important and I haven't played this game long enough to actually come up with OP builds. I made a few builds of my owns and variations of other builds to suit my needs. I actually tried this game out when it was came out years ago, got to 18 and lost interest in it. Came back recently because of a good DOTA 2 friend, he introduced me to it and I got hooked after the 1 month league.
How long have you played this game?

2-3 months. I started the 1month league before this last one, halfway through and made the first witch. Followed Yshin's crit arc life build, got lucky and started rolling in exalts by the time league ended. Had enough time within those 2 weeks to complete 4/4. Yes, I am new to Path of Exile, but I am not new to the Path of Exile game style :)
The Challenge. With the new closed beta patch notes + live coming closer, I had nothing else to do but farm on standard. And farm, I did. I managed to stockpiled a ton of level 76, 77, and most importantly 78 maps as well as buy them every time I see a good deal on one. The first character I made in this game did me well, I went from wearing welfare items to dual wielding void batteries and running low life with shavs/etc later. Managed to do uber atziri, which is a huge accomplishment for any players playing the arc playstyle. With all the new currency and maps rolling in, I decided to get to 100, the only problem is that I wanted to do it from scratch. No buying gear with currency unless its absolutely necessary, crafting everything from bases I find and what not. I will not use any mirrored items until after I reach 100. This is definitely not doable in a new league as a first character, but it is doable as a second or third character in new league. As most of my items are mediocre at best. I haven't died since level 68. Am I a self found player? No, not by any means. I still use procurement and trade everything I find for currency. Am I a solo player? No, this game is not meant for that. If I wanted to solo play, I would've went back to playing Diablo 3. A week later, the seeds of my harvest revealed itself. The bow, I accidentally ran into and got lucky. I actually found that amulet like that from a map. So how did I level?

The same way anyone else did. My early levels consists of lower level items that made me power shot through the game. Later on, I found decent bases with higher item levels and chaos'd them until it became an upgrade for me.

Yes, I do. I changed it up a bit, used CWDT setup on my acuity so I don't die to random things anymore. I run different shots in my chest, plus bloodrage to clear maps faster. Vaal grace + haste + blink arrow + increased duration to use my BA as a decoy and have haste+grace for those bosses that takes a while to kill. Overall, mine is just better in defensive.
Why don't you run tabula rasa while leveling lower levels?

This is probably one of the most common questions asked while I level during stream. There's two main reasons why I don't do it.
1. I don't like being squishy, tabula offers nothing for defensive terms. 2. I can't even utilize the 5-6th links without sacrificing a lot. If I 6 link an items, I can't use auras. If I run blood magic, I don't have enough HP to sustain it. What method did you use to level so fast?

Its no big secret that leveling is an art. I am by no means a racer, nor do I ever consider myself that knowledgeable about this game to be considered a great racer. What I do have, is the fact that I like to be efficient in everything I do. As I said earlier, this isn't an impulse idea that I woke up one day and wanted to do it. I grinded, farmed, bought maps and crafted gear weeks ahead to prepare myself for this. That being said, I will share a few secrets that I used.
1-60 is straight forward, run through story mode, don't die. This can be done in under 6-7 hours, it took me a little less because I crafted leveling gear along with way with currency I already had. I actually ran 1 mana pot and 4 quicksilvers up til level 55 60-68 is when the grind happens. I do maps tropical islands, ledge, dunes, shore until around 68-69. Now that I've got my main gear on, I use a method that I accidentally found out while leveling my uber killer. POORJOYS These maps give me almost 1.5-2 levels at levels <71. and over 50% at level 80-82. This is the easiest way to grind 68-85 you will ever have in this game. It took me 4 hours. 85-88 was a drag, I did 76 maps until my eyes bled. Once I got to 88, I started chiselling and alching every single 76/77 maps I found, while searching for rotation groups. In rotation parties, I grinded these 76 maps until they're ready to go.I never stopped grinding maps during waiting for a group to fill, during trades, whatever. I just grinded and grinded. For those that didn't catch it, I am currently 88% into 94, about to hit 95. /played at around 3 days played with half time sitting crafting gear or falling asleep at my computer apparently...
