1.3 (5 day self-found race) lightning spellcaster concept

i wanted to show off my 5 day race build becouse it turned out very great and i suspect with a few changes ( skipping EB and taking mana cost reduction nodes) would work for upcomming expansion but without beta access thats only speculation :D

i admit i did get lucky but rings boots wand and shield all were self crafted via yolo chaos/alch trans alt regals

further improvements would be rainbowstrides and rathpith or saffels (depending on preference or what your killing)
