Rhoa Artwork

I made a Rhoa on Photoshop. It's ok.
I've never made any non vector art before so I'm pretty happy with it for a first attempt.

Imgur's down-scaling has made the quality crap also.

P.S: I know Rhoa's don't actually have tongues, but that's stupid. Everything has a tongue.
