Mace is too inferior in pvp, i have a few suggestions.

The whole point of using a mace in pvp is either for glacial hammer or ground slam, it makes no point to use other skills like cyclone or heavy strike with a mace because swords are far surperior with those skills.

Mace attack speed is very slow, Ceremonial maces get 1.25 aps while war hammers can get 1.45 which is still quite low. I suggest increasing the base attack speed of these two low level bases to help mace become competitive, the same for 2 handed.

Deft blade sword cluster ( block chance reduction with swords ), this cluster needs to become for sword and maces in order to give mace and axe some help to perform as good as swords in pvp if you are aiming for block reduction.

Either bcr cluster or a new damaging cluster for maces.

Maybe even up the damage of glacial and ground slam in pvp, since they are the two main skills for mace builds.

Mace needs that many buffs to become viable in pvp and i think they are pretty justified.

Why leave axe though? Bcr should be global then(imo only 2h since they're slower).

Mace can be viable already with either crit vagan or 2hander. I believe the 2hander of fyndel could still do pretty well.

Axes on the other hand.. They are the real problem.

scepter and 2h staff ya, but what about ornate maces? The suggest IAS buff would be nice to boost them to a better competitive angle.
