Failed to connect to instance

Hello I need some help i just downloaded this game and created a character, as i pressed the play button the twilight strand screen appeared. After a brief time i get thrown back to the login screen with a Failed to connect to instance message in the lower left corner. I tried it several times on either the US EU and Australia gateway but the outcome is always the same. My connection is quite good since I'm using cable at a student home but that leaves me unable to change router setting. Any ideas on how to resolve that?

Sorry but running winmtr gives me no results at all so i did a Pingplotter test. This is what i got for eu login
