Twitch Stream Music While POE-ing

Hey guyz ,
I'm moving to my new ,,bought" house :) YEEEEY :) and i don't have any neighbours so i want to pump up the volume till infinity :) . So many smilies !!!!! ( i'm not stoned btw )
I've searched a bit , ( maybe should have searched harder :) ) and from what i understand , if u use copyr music/songs , your vods will be muted , i don't really care about the vods , but will my twitch account get banned if playing cr music while live streaming ?
I actually don't really really care about the twitch policy , but i want to keep using only one name :)
(can make multiple accounts in 1 min no problemo , made a script in vb to do so) i'll just have to name them Name1/email1, Name2/email2, Name3/email3 and so on .

i have found after a couple months of streaming that you sometimes want to put up a youtube video or two from your vods up but if you really dont care i dont think twitch does either to a point. though it much better to use unlicensed or music that the creators allow you to use
