Reactive Gems & Melee(1h + shield / cyclone)

What can we do to fix this?

The damage output + lgoh sustain + block + ondars on some builds is way too strong. From my experience, the only characters that can equally match up to melee are other melee characters. Casters can catch them with freeze or a lucky crit, traps as well if they aren't destroyed in the process. There are high standards in order to match up with even a lesser geared melee character using this setup. Bear trap, smoke mine do help but in most cases, it just prolongs the inevitable. There are a lot of blitz events and these melee builds are so dominant so I feel it really needs to be addressed.

CC is arguably worth it now depending on if you are bow / caster due to the lower immunity time. So for just a bit better off chance on fighting these melee characters you have to invest a bunch of your passives.

I'd imagine most 2handers get destroyed from these characters just due to reactive gems and block.

There needs to be some kinda effectiveness nerf from reactive gems, sword / 1h / cyclone damage, it is still way too high for how tanky these characters are. Only seen a couple fb cyclone and the damage still seems to be pretty high as well.
