Bear Trap Improvement

Before the season starts and we all end up playing Path of Melee for LLD, one simple solution to helping out the dying builds (Bowers) is for the Bear Trap root effect to disable all movement abilities. This should force melee to get smarter about simply charging through everything.

Thoughts?
Will edit just so it's a bit less trolly,

While I would love melee to not be able to use movement abilities once they are bear trapped, it's probably extremely unfair and too imbalanced.

it would also make it harder for bowers and casters to run away.

It already stops all foot movement and most movement skilld. Why it has such little effect on whirling blades but can stop cyclone cold is..I dunno. Leap and lightning warp I don't think should be stopped.

I don't think anything like this would ever be implemented. If it prevented exclusive melee movement abilities, melee would probably be screwed over. If it's global, I don't think that helps out anyone but whomever lands the first trap.
It's just stupid if i.e leapslam and lightwarp wouldnt work because let's take leapslam:

You jump from one place to another, which even should free you from the beartrap, but you'll still be trapped. Removing this would just be stupid. Anyone can use beartraps, you have no idea how fatal this would be. Caster toss a beartrap and warp on you shotgun their spells and you'd be dead

Also what Mulla said, it's retarded that whirling goes through, though cyclone gets stuck. But GGG is doing their thing, and somehow listen to the most unexperienced pvpers when they balance. But we'll see

Even though bear trap is one of the main skills of my lld (MacGyverLLD), I dont think it needs a buff. I do agree that it should stop ww though. Only light warp, leap slam, blink arrow and smoke mine should work when bear trapped imo.

leap slam doesnt work for daggers/claws and wb doesnt work for 2h or axes, so both skills need to be unrestricted.
