Will i face someone i 100% lose?
Will i face someone i 100% win?
Every swiss i've played in, those that i managed to participate, have had the outcome determined by luck.
Face melee, win 4-0
Face trapper, lose 0-4 (If scrub, win 4-0)
Face bower, win 4-0
Face caster, lose 0-4 (If scrub, win 4-0 but sidro always 4-0 me)
If i had gotten 6 melee for the rounds, then i would have had a better fairing (more points, and thus higher ranking) in comparison getting 3 trappers and 4 melee.
1v1 sucks

Why do people complain about things like this (and let's be honest, you ARE complaining)?
Every single game is like this aside from FPS.
WoW (or any MMO for that matter), duels and even 2v2 arena outcome is 90% decided before the match starts.
Every ARPG in history or existence.
Hell, even League of Legends, the most balanced, popular E-sport of all time is imbalanced 1v1. You think an Ashe will EVER beat a Riven 1v1? I could face off against a pro on Ashe as Riven and stomp him.
Point is, if you want a game balanced around 1v1 where your reflexes and skill are the only thing that impact the outcome, go play an FPS and stop crying.

This can't be more right.

I just read the post as him stating the current situation of Swiss.
It's true, that is the case, maybe something like a larger bracket where we face more opponents would level the field a little.
