ondar's guile upper limit in pvp?
Recently did tests with 3k evasion vs a 353 accuracy bower.
with 3k eva you get around 65~ evade chance vs normal hits, ondar's should take this to 130%. 5% chance to hit always exists but I am now inclined to believe that it isn't the case as I was taking a hit atleast once every five shots. also can we get ggg higher ups to confirm ondar's doesn't work vs molten strike balls? | |
" How did you calculate that? Did you calc or just look at the tooltip estimated chance to evade, because if you did that's completely wrong. Chance to evade take into account his evasion and accuracy and if you read here http://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Evasion you see there's a forumla for just that: Chance to Evade = 1 - Attacker's Accuracy / ( Attacker's Accuracy + (Defender's Evasion / 4) ^ 0.8 ) And with your numbers that would be; 1-353/(353+(3000/4)^0.8)=0.3611423421≈36% chance to evade And with ondars that would mean 2*36=72% chance to evade. So if you're getting hit only avg 1/5 arrows you're just lucky, you should be hit more often, closer to 1/4 Also I was told months ago the balls counted as a spell(I am sceptic against this myself however) and therefor can't be evaded at all, however can be dodged It's hard to remember what you have forgotten ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Why are police looking for missing people?
