Although I understand the frustration, it is impossible to just remove a loading screen lol.

This loading screen is literally hiding the assets being loaded in as well as the players and their items. You cannot simply choose to remove a loading screen lol

What the OP likely meant is to remove getting a loading screen when you are already alive. (The "arena rebalancing".) Perhaps increase the threshold for a rebalance, and/or have it related to #players in the event. GGG should be able to generate some stats showing average number of rebalances per player per event. Whatever that number currently is, it's too high.

Alternately, the server could be configured to never rebalance more often than e.g. once per 5-10 seconds. Getting rebalanced every second is sillyness. You could also do some modeling and figure out when to preemptively rebalance. So you would have less rebalances, but with more players sometimes.
