1.3 Static Strike build (work in progress need input)

My goal with this build is to go crit staff once I'm at a high lvl and find a decent staff. I'm using an axe currently and the build is working well so far but I'm looking for some input as I approach mapping levels. I'm currently lvl 62 with a bunch of points saved up.


Skill setup: static strike--melee damage--multistrike--weapon ele damage
for my 5l Ill probably add faster attacks or maybe switch something for phys -> lightning and add lightning penetration.

I'm currently using a manual cast enduring cry (w/ spell echo) and immortal call (w/ increased duration) for physical defense and I'm about to start running herald of thunder/coh/warlords mark.
