vaal skill uptime ?

If one grabs all the increased skill duration on the tree, runs two copies of say vaal immortal call with increased duration, what would the uptime be like?
You can't run 2 of the same vaal skill as the cooldown will be trigered for both gems when used.

Learn the rules, it's the only way to exploit them.
I do not think you can beat 30 seconds even with all the investment.

Are you sure? I was reading a thread about an srs build that had great success running two vaal hastes

Maybe it was a bug because who reports bugs that can be exploited?
Well I'm guessing that it isn't a "cool down" issue. The wiki says it operates similar to the flask system. So when you've built up your souls or flask charges if you will, does using one Vic use the charges of another Vic? Or would it be like flasks where they fill and empty independently. If you can pull 21 seconds off a vaal immortal call, and use two independently then that gives you 42 seconds to kill another 192 monsters, which if vaal haste works the same, may well be possible, and even if it isn't, hell save it for hard mobs and bosses.

They do not share charges, you can use one, then another when time expires on that one. Also vaal some Q20 lvl 20 IC's for a Q20 Vaal IC. Still kicking myself for selling my 20/20 Vaal IC :/

Given that the last Rampage league had cheese for hitting over 900(ish) mobs killed (granted, seaspawn and pack size), but over 500 mobs should be pretty much a given.
