Ladder System Deduction Penalty While Not Playing

Ladder System suggestion:

I've noticed a lot of players stopped playing yet they are still in the ladder. Players who are not playing actively should get a penalty point deduction per certain amount of time in my opinion. This will allow new players who are actively playing PvP to reach higher ranks for a competitive ranking system.

Top 10 in the ladder should make an effort in maintaining their ranks, they should play actively. From my point of view, players who stop playing that are in the top 10 rank are coward, dodging and avoiding other players just to keep their points steady (Gayweather).

Doing this penalty point deduction while not playing will force them to play actively.

A rating decay system is coming soon. It was not necessary for the release of pvp so it got delayed. Now the staff are enjoying the holidays so they will not finish it until they are back in january. Thanks for your patience!
