Can't enter Act 3

I have a realy weird bug.

I kill Vaal on Normal, want to go to Act 3 and the game crashes. When I restart the game the Vaal quest is completed but when I try to enter Act 3 (the waypoint) the game crashes again. I can enter Act 1 and every other area.

This is now the second time this is happening to me. Yesterday as well. I deleted that character and started again. Now today it's happening again.

I've tried to run PackCheck but this crashes as well.

I've had characters before that could join Act 3. Whats going wrong here? Anyone with similar problems? Maybe even a fix?

Well, if packcheck is crashing, perhaps it's running into some harddrive corruption and isn't handling it well. Do a chkdsk /r as administrator and then reboot to make it check.

Deleted the game, downloaded again, reinstalled and cudnt even run the game.

Now i deleted the client as well and gonna try again. If that doesnt work I'll format the PC...

Im not removing the char again!

Thats not a solution...The game stops and I dont get an error message.

Just a windows window with Client has stopped working...

I have the same problem, the game goes to the log in screen when i try to enter certain areas with some chars no matter how many times i try to enter it, really weird, i made a lot of chars and i play with those that do not make the game crash. Usualy in the other day i can play with those chars that were bugged. It is not internet problem because the game only logs out when it is in the loading screen of the area if i play in other areas the game don´t log out.
