Death's Oath, skin transfers and ToS query
Ever since it was added to the game, I've always wanted to try out Death's Oath, so earlier in the week I bought one, and got lucky fusing it.
I used a character with full respec available and played it for a day (as CI reave). But I can't stand how it looks. Normally these things don't bother me too much, but this one crosses the line. ![]() I don't have any GGG points, nor the means to purchase any and the smallest pack is 50 when I only need 6 for a single consumable skin transfer. So here are my questions: Is it against the terms of service to offer ingame currency or items in exchange for someone using their own MTX to skin transfer onto this? (possibly considered RMT?) Would a skin transfer still retain the aura effect (from the chaos damage) and gore footprints? I assume so, as they are mods on the item, not part of the 3D art itself. And lastly, is the chaos damage effected by passives and gear? If so, which? (increased effect of buffs, chaos/damage over time nodes, etc) Many lewt.
Much desync. Such rewarding. Wow. According to forum mods "sandwich" is considered an offensive word. Who knew? |

" Yes that is considered RMT. The 'aura' from Death's Oath is not affected by any passives or gear. It's not tagged with the skill tags of Aura, Buff, Debuff or Chaos. Please contact support@grindinggear.com if you need any assistance.

" Thanks Gary, I thought I'd better check on that one before getting myself b& Do the visual effects remain with skin transfer? Many lewt.

You can't trade something that has a microtransaction on it, including a skin transfer.
