help a noob: 1.3 spectral throw

Hi all,

I'm quite a noob at PoE, I'd like to start with more partecipation with the incoming 1.3.

As usual, I decide what to use and then look for a build to follow.

So I need help from you guys.

I'd like to build a weapon throw duelist (maybe another class if you say it's better).

Possibly by using a 2h weapon, axe or sword.

Can some of you guys give me a good hint about what to use?

I need to know almost everything, items, skills, links and where to spend my skillpoints in the tree.
