something with really high eva and acro, and mad skills like the CI+EB dude could do it, veil of night would also increase the evasion even more.

Damage on Atziri is perfectly avoidable if skilled.
Only problem is Vaals so any build that can kill before they attack. IGN: Chundaziri

Does this helms "increased global defenses" mod apply to block?
If so I'd make a 75% spell block build and then would be 98%. 2% chance anything hits you. Either way it would have to be a max block spell block build with zero resitances. Git R Dun!

Shes completely movement based so her spells aren't a problem least for me all I do is run around puncturing or in shatter chuck just eat it all.
In short people can do the boss with the veil and it should be easy if their normal runners they will have no issues towards it in terms of a movement base like build or such. Trio and Vaal are viable to do with that helm as well as long as vaal dies instantly which should be the case most of the time. The only way to use that item and atziri is extremely fast positioning. Same way the ci/eb fucker did it.

The CI+EB guy did it because he cleared previous rooms with a normal build. It's impossible to not take damage in previous rooms.
