Cast of Lightning Warp not canceled at start of a match

Today we played team pvp for fun, and i accidently discovered during "prepare for fight" timer that if you cast Lightning Warp ~1 sec before match starts (at round 1) lightning warp will work and you'll be teleported. So it's possible to teleport to enemy's starting place right after the start and make a surprise attack.

At 26 and 37 minutes of video you can see from the enemy's side those moments where i tested this. For a friendly pvp that was funny, but that's a serious flaw for a pvp tournaments.
