Faster start of energy shield recharge on items. A must read for ci users.

I believe this is long past overdue to be added into the global affixes. As it stands now the maximum % you can receive from passives is 135%, the nice thing about this is it allows for players to go a different route with energy shield and CI. To make recharge rate viable to its fullest we would at the very least need this roll on rings/amulets. The nice thing about recharge is that it allows for kiting type builds especially (arc for example) to not need to use a specific gem/item to recover ES. Though that currently is a decent amount with the base energy shield recharge time being 6 seconds, but it still won't allow us to compare to any build properly utilizing life leech or mass amounts of regen. It takes 3 seconds to recharge energy shield to 100% from 0. Unlike health builds we can't use flasks to recover our ES either, now if we could obtain say another 50% faster start of es, and possibly the ammount that is recharged, this form of survivability might be highly looked upon.

It would be OP on items, imagine if you stacked so much ES regen you can stash auras on life and ES as a legit buffer acting as a direct second life pool.

Am i really the only one out there that plays ci and or thinks that this would be a good idea? This would make ci much more beginner friendly since you wouldn't need an additional link for life leech+ use 5+ points to move down to ghost reaver. Or rather than adding it onto the global pool, they could simply add 15/15/20 recharge to the 3 es nodes after ci so we wouldn't need to bother worrying about getting this roll on items (though this might be considered OP) lets hear some more thoughts?

I think there are two sides to this matter:
On one hand, the wait time to refill our Energy Shield is arguably a little too long because we must avoid taking damage long enough to wait for the Recovery Cooldown PLUS up to 3 seconds (0% to 100%). On the other hand, the gameplay behind Energy Shield is meant to be the OPPOSITE of a tank. You are expected to kite so that you give the shield time to recover. If you make the recharge cooldown too low, you trivialize the whole concept of Energy Shield. So while the Cooldown may need to be looked at, I think the solution should focus more in adding passives that increase the speed at which the Energy Shield recharges from 0% to 100%. So instead of more "Increased Energy Shield Cooldown Recovery" passives, we'd get "Increased Energy Shield Recharge" passives. This way you still need to avoid damage for a few seconds, preserving the gameplay, but once the recovery kicks in it's a not a whole 3 seconds.
