Lost in Love is not being marked as completed when it should

My actions:
I got Tolman's bracelet, returned to Sarn camp, spoke first with Maramoa (before speaking with Clarissa), but didn't take her reward. Than I spoke to Clarissa, got the keys, than I spoke with Maramoa and got a gem reward. Now everything is done, but the quest is still marked as not completed.

I tried dropping the keys in non-city area, then returning and taking the keys again, but nothing changes.
