Critical strike types (global + staff wielding + spell) additive?

Let's say that I have the following bonuses from passives:

170% increased Critical Strike Chance for Spells
120% increased Critical Strike Chance
70% increased Global Critical Strike Chance while wielding a staff

Does this add up to 360% increased critical strike chance with a spell while wielding a staff? And thus, a %21.6 critical chance with fireball?

Likewise for critical strike multiplier:

220% increased Critical Strike Multiplier
70% increased Critical Strike Multiplier for spells
40% increased Global Critical Strike Multiplier while wielding a staff

Does this make a total multiplier (casting a spell, weilding a staff) to 330%?
short: it´s additive.

long: everything with increased/ reduced is additive while more/less is multiplicative.
additive things are always added to your base. so 100 increased crit chance with base of 5% is 10%.

one thing to note is that 10 increased crit multiplier is based on the 150% you start with.
so 10% iCM results in 165% crit damage. in your example you would get:

150% base crit damage
+ 3.3 * 150% (=495% increased Crit damage)

= 645% Crit multiplier

in total.

I thought crit multiplier was additive. If it was multiplicative in your case, then it is 50% stronger than listed
I have a feeling the crit chance while wielding staff will apply to weapon skills not spells

If you put on your full plate mail, and I throw hundreds of toothpicks at you, you'll basically not feel it.

If someone catapults a whole tree at you, don't expect the Armour to prevent as much of the damage.
the staff crit multiplier he is refering to is most likely the passive node next to the curse nodes which grants global crit chance/damage while wielding a staff.

The node clearly say Global, so it applies to spells too.
What is the difference between critical strike chance and global critical strike chance?

Critical strike chance effects both spells and weapon attacks. What does global effect?

On items Global Critical Strike is global to everything you do, spells or attacks doesn't matter.

Increased critical chance on an item means it increases the chances for THAT item to critical with an ATTACK by that item, whether its default attack or a skill like double strike.
R.I.P. my beloved P.o.E.
Critical strike chance on passive tree is the same as Global Critical Strike?

Some guy wrote this in another thread. Never got an answer.

your global critical strike chance applies to your weapon crit rate

the local critical strike chance on a weapon applies directly onto the base weapon crit rate before the global

so if you have a weapon with 5% crit and you have a total of +200% global critical strike chance then you now have a total crit rate of 15%

if you have a local critical strike chance of 20% in addition to the 200% global critical strike chance it will make your weapon act as if it has 6% crit rate (5% * 1.2) which will then be modified by your 200% global critical strike chance to be 18% (6% * 3). So essentially, the +20% local crit rate would give you 3% crit rate!

in a nutshell: local crit is multiplicitive (extremely powerful), and global crit is additive

What does he mean by local crit? Extremely powerful sounds enticing.
