Righteous Fire burning too much
Simply put, righteous fire is burning too fucking hard (the math is shown below)
4407 maximum life 339 es 512.8 hp regen a second 558.4 hp regen a second w/ vitality 3966.3 = 90% of my maximum life (righteous fire damage) 237.3 = 70% of my maximum energy shield (righteous fire damage) hp burn @ 88% fire resistance = 475.9 hp burn @ 88% w/ energy shield = 488.1 Total Damage = 488.1 w/ energy shield burn included Now the issue is even with vitality on, I still burn to death with 70 more hp regen/s then the ability should use, even with all numbers accounted for (even where they have no right to since energy shield IS NOT HEALTH AND SHOULD NOT BURN IT MORE) to inflate the damage the math says it deals to me. And even with vitality off the numbers say I should have more basic hp regen than it deals damage.

Without your Gear, and Passive Tree, it is hard to tell anything.

Gonna need your passive tree as well, but I reckon I probably know what's going on.
You took the Inner Force cluster and/or Athleticism didn't you? |

Then you will need to add a couple extra step to your self burn calculations:
It'll be 488.1 * 1.26 = ~615 fire/s And your regen is 512.4 + (45.6 * 1.26) = ~569.9 life/s So yea, you're short. |

" So if I remove inner force and athleticism it'll go down to just 488.1 per sec? (Since 88% fire res would go down to 87% and it'd presumably only burn for the 90% tooltip amount afterwards) Last edited by Geist1337#6432 on Aug 26, 2014, 7:05:19 AM

You will need Vitality to cover it though, but yes you should be able to maintain it indefinitely.
Though, you will barely cover the degen by about ~15life/s according to my estimates Last edited by Obscurin#1591 on Aug 26, 2014, 7:04:53 AM
