Master "signature" mod

What is the "signature" mod of the masters? Is it something you get for simply having them in your hideout?

I found two so far. I bought them from the shop of Haku and Tora. The one from Elreon gives a flat reduction of mana cost and I dont know about the others: http://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1009789 |

anyone know if it is possible to get the signature mod of a master for all item he sale.
exemple: Tora's signature mod is "cause bleeding on hit". is it possible to get this stat on glove, boot, belt... i saw "cause bleeding on hit" only on bow at moment. |

Do they only sell magic items with their signature mod, or can it appear on rares as well?
