Lightning Strike + Fork + Pierce?

Just one question.
When using Lightning Strike, will Fork and Pierce stack? As in while the projectile pierce and continues through the target, 2 other projectile will Fork out. Resulting in 3 Projectile. Is this possible? IGN: EightDays

Chance to Pierce will be checked first if the projectile did not pierce, then it can fork if it did not fork, then it can chain. |
