[PoESkillTree 2.7.3] Data update and .build exporting

We have been working hard since our QoL updates. The have been many features added that can be seen in the trade log. Please post here if you have any questions or concerns.

When updating to a new copy go ahead and copy/paste the new folder over the other one so your saved builds stay :)

Features:
* Hide sidebar
* Updated 1.3 data
* Hp/lvl changed to 12
* PoEBuilder, PoEUrl and Tinyurl parsing
* Button to change current tree link to poeurl link
* Hotkeys

Hotkeys:
* Shift + Left Click: Zoom In
* Ctrl + Left Click: Zoom Out
* Ctrl + 1: Scion
* Ctrl + 2: Marauder
* Ctrl + 3: Ranger
* Ctrl + 4: Witch
* Ctrl + 5: Duelist
* Ctrl + 6: Templar
* Ctrl + 7: Shadow
* Ctrl + Q: Hides Sidebar
* Ctrl + E: Creates a PoEUrl link and copies to clipboard
* Ctrl + R: Resets tree
* Ctrl + Up/Down (within 'Saved builds' menu): Will move the build up/down respectively
* Ctrl + Z: Undo last skill tree change
* Ctrl + Y: Redo last skill tree change

One nice feature IMHO would be if you could re-order the saved builds. I would love to be able to sort them to my taste :)

like in app sorting? You can actually sort them outside in the 'saved builds' folder but I can see where you would want in app

Added a new hotkey to move builds around in saved builds menu Ctrl + Up/Down will move the selected build up/down
Will see if drag an drop is possible after work tomorrow

Undo/Redo support would be awesome, sucks when you undo half of your build with one misclick.

I will definitely look into doing this when I get home from work, in ~9hrs lol should be a pretty easy thing to get going

Alright Undo/Redo support added. Ctrl+Z and Ctrl+Y respectively!

I am aware that the 'menu' doesn't have any features. We are working on those just figured I would upload Redo/Undo
