Mana Globe Lady

I don't understand the expression of the mana globe lady. Can somebody explain her expression to me? She doesn't seem to have a nose and her mouth is weird.
The globe holders seem to be fairly divorced from the concepts of vitality and mana, but given time I am sure I can force fit some kind of explanation (perhaps they symbolize the chaining of desires which leads to increased mana and vitality). But I don't think I can make any sense of the ugly faced mana lady lol. What do you guys think? |
