Power or Frenzy charge with Arc?

Hi,

I'm doing an Arc build right now and was just wondering which type of charges I should stack? Power charges gives you +critical chance but I hear that it's not very good to aim for crit chance with Arc. Frenzy charges can increase your cast speed which sounds good to me, but I'm not sure. Any suggestions? :)

Unless you're CI, you'll likely not run Blood Rage, so won't have reliable Frenzy Charge. If you're going for a Crit build, PCoC is good, and then Power Charges are.

Otherwise, neither one.

Power charges works fine for an Arc Build.

People say that Crits aren't good for Arc because of the base 4% chance to crit of this skill. But that's balanced by the powerful shock effect that comes with Arc's crits.

Frenzy charges would be nice too. The main problem is to get them (hard without CI) and to stack them : to get more than 5 frenzy charges, you need to get deep into ranger area which isn't very good for an Arc build otherwise
