Does increased chaos damage affect bloodrage?
Once again i got a question i cant find a satisfying answer
Do passive nodes like method to madness increase the damage of the blood rage chaos debuff? |
|
Pretty sure it won't. If I'm not mistaken, the degen from Blood Rage counts as part of the buff, not as damage, much like Righteous Fire's degen.

In this matter, increased fire damage nodes wont affect righteous fire, and therefore increased chaos nodes dont affect blood rage? right? (just wanting to be sure, not that i start relying on it and get bitten in the ass later for it^^)

righteous fire got a hotfix in ~1.06 or something around that patch, the increased fire damage affects the damage done to enemies, but not the damage done to urself.
because of that very specific fix im not sure if u can transfer it so easily to chaos dmg/blood rage. might wanna ask in skill feedback section where u will get answers from GGG more likely. |

Thank you, i will do that :)

It's a buff (negative), not damage. No damage nodes will affect it. inner Force would though.

Damage over time that you cause directly to yourself does not get your damage modifiers.
