Why this shield is the best This shield is the best shield for all lowlife builds. The mana regen replaces other unnecessary stats and is extremely useful for builds that use mana. For lowlife ST it's perfect because if you don't run clarity, this shield allows you to fire more shots before going oom and recover your mana faster EVEN with Acuity. For Wanders there's no better option. Being the highest ES spell shield at 602 ES and almost perfect rolls, this is the shield to mirror! There's no need for me to say that this shield is the best for lowlife builds, because all the vouches and mirrors below reflect what is the best shield to mirror. Because As lowlife, it's insanely hard to get resists and these 2 rings will solve those issues. No need to run purity of elements as lowlife. These 2 rings+Shavs gives 80+ all res. This removes to need of purity of elements allowing an extra aura to be run. Just to reiterate, the mana regen on these things allows you to keep AA up 100% of the time.
