My guess is it'll settle somewhere between an alch-chaos. They're supposedly the same rarity as chaos but much less useful. Also you can't continually Vaal orb the same item so there's not much reason to save a ton of them.
As far as what they are worth right this moment... who knows i imagine the price is all over the place. |
