That doesn't apply to Searing Bond or Flame Totem.

Oh, I was confusing Searing Bond with Incinerate.

By the way, Colby's Searing Bond Dual Totem build in the 1.1 tree requires 105 points. In the old/current tree, the build requires 109 points. I'm also pretty sure 1.1 gives this build more damage.

Should you go for EB or IR first?

low life crit flame totem is insane. I shock everything even with 22 percent crit (still crits a lot even if your crit is lower). Have 8k dps with average gear, 6k with iiq and iir gems plus my spec isn't optimized for flame totem, was originally for storm call so if it was optimized i'd do about 9k dps with lmp and close to 7k with MF gear.

only good for bosss farming though since you won't have a shavaronnes wrapping lol.
