Orb of chance vendor recipe?

since the chest is <60, instead of getting Chaos you get Chance orbs. Every single item has to be above the ilvl threshold or else you get one of the lower orbs.

Yes it is not difficult to deduct that the chest is what differs, i just had not seen this recipe besides "2 rares with the same name" and "1 item of each rarity of the same type".
