You would need 6% Block and 70-74 spell damage for this to be 'unbeatable'. It's still far from the best possible mods. Sorry.

hate to break it to ya, but the flat ES isnt legacy, it falls into the resplendent mod which is 75+. while not unbeatable, its going to be a while before someone tops the ES on this shield, but it can be beaten.
